- GREAT BRITAIN. Prince Charles the Young Pretender Silver Medal, 1745. George II (1727-60). PCGS MS-63 Secure Holder. 41 mm; 30.05 gms. Eimer-595a; MI-II, 600/251. Head of Charles Edward Stuart right; Reverse: Britannia standing left resting hand on shield of St. George, ships in distance. Deep old envelope toning over still flashy lustrous surfaces. Some minor contact marks but no wear to high points. An attractive lightly handled example from the attempted installation of the Bonnie Prince Charlie. Estimate: $350 - $500.
