- This is a borderline SUPERB Cameo early Proof Seated dime! WOW! The fields are ultra flashy with deeply beaming mirrors that are extremely reflective. Wonderful neon-blue, teal, and violet tones are brought out by the brilliance. The devices are razor sharp and are thickly frosted, contrasting boldly with the surrounding mirrored fields. The technical quality matches the pure aesthetic appeal of this GEM! Only 800 were reported struck. PCGS 6, NGC 6, CAC 5. There are just six finer at PCGS. The most recent PCGS/CAC example sold for $7,200 in July 2022 and prior to that, the last PCGS/CAC example sold back in November 2012. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $7,500.
