- Tied for FINEST in the 5FS designation and NGC has not graded a single example with six Full Steps. This is a wonderfully toned GEM with a bold luster that enlivens a blush of powder blue and tangerine-gold tone. Sharply struck overall with decent definition to Monticello. The eye appeal is great. PCGS 0, NGC 1. This is not the one that sold in 2012 for $1,150. We sold a PCGS MS65 FS for $3,525 in the July 2020 sale of the Incline Collection.
