Tied for the finest certified of the date with three other examples on either the PCGS or NGC population reports, none finer. This is one of the most common dates from this series in a RAREstate of preservation. This bold little Gem exhibits strong details with frosty devices and slightly subdued satiny luster still retaining much brilliance on the obverse all complemented by attractive rich mottled golden gray to slate patina. This pleasing last-year of issue for this monarch is sure to catch the attention of the specialist looking for choice representative of the type and king worthy of a premium bid.
