- 1862 N. & G. Taylor Co. Civil War store card. Musante GW-557, Baker-577, Fuld PA750V-3b. Rarity-6. Brass. MS-65 (PCGS). 38.5 mm. Another superb Taylor card, this from different dies than the previous one. Brilliant and highly lustrous golden brass. A trace of prooflike character upon first inspection, but up close the surfaces are satiny and exhibit fine die finishing lines. Not perfectly struck, but from a reverse die that had failed at the center, and still sharper than the preceding example. Very scarce as an issue and very rare this nice.
