- 1787 Immunis Columbia Copper / Large Eagle Reverse. W-5680. Rarity-4+. Plain Edge, Narrow Planchet. Good-4 (PCGS). A pleasing, if well circulated example of this classic pre-federal copper type. Deep olive-brown surfaces with no marks of consequence apart from a trivial reverse scratch right of center. There is just a little roughness evident upon close inspection, but this coin has a rather smooth appearance relative to the assigned grade. Central obverse soft, otherwise the major design elements are plain. Both sides are reasonably well centered with just some of the outermost portions of the date and legends off the planchet, as is almost always the case with the Narrow Planchet version of this type.
