1796. JR-6. NGC graded MS-64. Lovely toning. Semi reflective fields and boldly struck throughout. This is the first year of issue of the dime denomination, not that many were coined, and survivors are sparse today. Especially sparse in high mint state grades as seen here. A premium type coin for the advanced specialist and one to strongly consider if a memorable example of this issue is desired. Only 22,135 struck. Pop 20; 20 finer at NGC. Estimated Value $40,000-UP.
