详细说明: The first year of Proofs struck since 1942, making this the first year of Franklin half dollars in this format. Usually these early date Franklin halves are seen from later states of the dies, as the mint did not appear to re-polish the dies as the finish wore off, thus Cameos are quite scarce and DCAMs are VERY RARE. The present coin has lovely watery-reflective mirrors that stand in bold contrast to the frosted reliefs. Untoned and unhazed, the surfaces are remarkably clean and the eye appeal is quite high end! PCGS 76, NGC 81, CAC 36. The two most recent PCGS/CAC coins sold in auction for $3,120 in January 2021 and October 2020. The CAC CPG value is $3,560 and the PCGS Price Guide value is $3,700.
