You know as soon as you see the PCGS insert that this coin will be impressive, bearing the Eliasberg-Jack Lee pedigree. Any dollar with that pedigree, you know is going to be special! This coin is undipped and has the same stable, pale golden brown/pale violet/lavender toning as it did at the Eliasberg sale in 1997. You can see some light lines, but the mirrors are still deep, clear, and boldly reflective. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and razor sharp. The eye appeal is very nice! Only 650 were ever struck. PCGS 2, NGC 0. In regular PR65 CAM, there are 11 at PCGS and 14 at NGC. This GEM sold for $7,931 in our auction of the Sunset Hill Collection of Proof Morgan Dollars, which was featured in our Regency Auction X. We are so pleased to offer this GEM again!
