FORSYTHE COLLECTION This beautiful example is from our May 2020 offering of the Ogden Avenue Ladies, where we described it as: "Wonderfully toned and totally original, this SUPERB GEM is tied for FINEST Cameo graded at PCGS. Fully frosted devices are a standout against the bold, reflectivity of the mirrored fields. Both sides are bathed in a delicate melange of pastel, iridescent toning. Shades of gold, magenta-rose, lemon-yellow, and pearly-opal hues. The surfaces are virtually flawless and you do not have to use your imagination to see the cameo contrast, resulting in an outstanding visual allure." PCGS 3, NGC 3. This coin brought $5,875 in May 2020. Prior to that one sold for $9,000 in the 2020 FUN Auction. At the time, this coin was POP TOP, the Simpson coin was upgraded to a 67+ CAM after this coin sold and the Simpson coin brought $9,300 in February 2021. Bound for another world class set. Cert.
