A lower mintage date with an original output of 30,000. This PQ, GEM survivor is brilliant and frosty with a strong satin sheen that gleams all over. Sharply struck devices stand out against the smooth, satiny surfaces that have a rich, orange-gold color. The eye appeal is exceptional, and this date is very RARE any finer! PCGS 31, NGC 26, CAC 13. Only seven coins are graded any finer at PCGS. The most recent PCGS/CAC example sold in auction, realized $4,230 in the 2017 ANA auction and the CU value is listed at $4,000.
