- 1863 Liberty Head / Washington in Star Civil War token. Musante GW-615, Baker-493, Fuld-1/105a. Rarity-9. Copper. MS-65 RB (PCGS). 19.8 mm. A lovely example with nearly full original red on both sides, though the Washington and star side has mellowed just a little from the original vibrancy. Lightly flecked patina, but still very bright and attractive. Quite rare. Provenance: Ex William Spohn Baker Collection, to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania by bequest, November 15, 1897.
