- 1900 Barber Quarter. Proof-66 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. This beautiful upper end Gem is vividly toned in reddish-gold iridescence with lilac and blue peripheral highlights. Intensely mirrored in the fields, the devices are fully struck with billowy mint frost. This is certainly among the finest certified survivors from a Proof mintage of 912 coins for the 1900 Barber quarter, a popular issue as a turn-of-the-century date.
