详细说明: Condition Census Level Maris 21-P 1786 New Jersey Copper. Maris 21-P, W-4920. Rarity-5. Mane Punch Before Ears. EF-45 (PCGS). 141.1 grains. Warm olive halos surround most design elements, offering pleasing contrast with the smooth and glossy light brown fields. A very pretty coin, about as problem free as one could hope for. The left obverse and reverse are both framed with denticles at left. Tiny rim nicks over O of NOVA and the second U of PLURIBUS are both easy to miss. This may be worth including in the Condition Census. The Ford-Partrick gem and the choice Spence-Archangel Unc are standouts, probably followed by the Syd Martin MS-62 BN (PCGS) we sold last year for $27,600 and the PCGS AU-58+ that brought $15,600 in the 2019 EPU sale. The Maris-Garrett piece is actually listed ahead of the Martin coin on the SHI census, but remains raw. The final four coins on the list are all EF. This belongs among them.
