- This is the single HIGHEST graded example in the non-FB designated coins. Fully lustrous, exceptional surface quality is smooth and frosty. Every detail is fully rendered, the exception being the central band which is not split. The eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 9, NGC 11, CAC 4. This is the ONLY MS67+, none are finer in the designation.
