This is a near miss PR66 and a near miss DCAM. You can see this coin from a block away! Superior deep mirrors boldly beam from all over, boasting remarkable clarity, cleanliness (with a strong glass you can see a few tiny Mint made imperfections), and are highly reflective to the point you almost need sunglasses to view them with. There is NO toning or haze. Miss Liberty and every detail are thickly frosted and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is tremendous! PCGS 40, NGC 40, CAC 24. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell via auction brought $1,199 back in September 2013. These clearly are NOT as common as you'd think.
