- 1785 Vermont Copper. Landscape. RR-2, Bressett 1-A, W-2005. Rarity-3. VERMONTS. Fine-12 (PCGS). 109.6 grains. Pleasing quality and appearance for the tough 1785 Landscape coppers. Reasonably smooth light chocolate-brown surfaces and well balanced detail. The date and nearly all of the legends are readable which is remarkable for the variety, regardless of grade. Not without its rustic features, there are some natural planchet striations on the obverse and lightly rough texture in places. Late die state showing the "tornado" shaped break through the date.
