A totally original, deeply toned GEM example of this final year of this obsolete type. Rich shades of blue, olive, and lilac really sparkle in the light, especially when the light catches the highly reflective fields below. The eye appeal is great. PCGS 66, NGC 60. Only 600 Proofs were struck. The current PCGS value is listed at $2,600 and the most recent example sold for $2,640 in March 2021. This is a very nice looking piece, and a GEM that will fit nicely in any set of 3 cent silvers. Cert. Number 34729712.00 PCGS # 3724.00
