- Lot 422 1855 N-3 R1 Upright 55 PCGS graded AU55, CAC Approved.Glossy light to medium brown delicately woodgrained with light chocolate toning on the obverse. No spots or stains. Looks mint state but there is a trace of rub on the highpoints. Just a few trivial marks including a tiny tick on the cheek right of the mouth, a tiny nick on the rim just right of the date, and another on the rim at star 5. MDS, die state b. The fields are covered with light flowlines and the earlier die lines on the reverse are gone. Our grade is AU50+, close to AU55.
