1796 Draped Bust Half Dime. LM-1. Rarity-3. LIKERTY. VF-25 (NGC). A nice, problem-free example of this famous variety, with weakness on the upper and lower parts of the letter B in LIBERTY. The smooth, pale gray surfaces display a few shallow adjustment marks, several of which have partially been toned over on the obverse. An attractive VF coin, essentially free of abrasions or other surface flaws.
