- Lovely and original, this fully CHOICE + 1897 eagle has a great look! Rich golden color is accented by a bold, frosty luster. The devices are sharply struck. The fields show some minor ticks and breaks in the frost, but the eye appeal is generally unaffected. PCGS 966, NGC 1531, CAC 41. Only 31 have been graded in 63+ and this date is scarce any finer.
