- A totally original and colorfully toned GEM Seated Liberty quarter Proof. Gorgeous antique gold and blue hues are brought to life by the watery, reflective underlying mirrored fields. The strike is bold and the surfaces are free of distracting marks. The eye appeal is excellent. Only 1039 Proofs were struck. PCGS 25, NGC 28, CAC 8. The last PCGS/CAC sold for a very strong $5,170 in August 2017, but before that, CAC-coins were selling between $1,880 and $2,585. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,150.
