- Stunning Ruble of Alexander III RUSSIA. Ruble, 1886-AT. NGC MS-64. Y-46; Bit-60; Sev-3968. Eye appeal alone sets this example apart from others. Full strike giving definition of the fine details of the Czars beard, expressive facial features and the Russian Royal Crest. Though technically not the finest graded one would be hard pressed to find a nicer looking specimen. Beautiful rainbow tone which seamlessly flows from the edges to just inside the legends towards the inner fields of soft grey. While the bust and crest are highlighted with hues of blues and purples.
