ICELAND. 10 Kroner, ND (1930). PCGS MS-63 Gold Shield. KM-M3; Dav-130. Commemorating the 1,000th anniversary of Althing, the Icelandic Parliament, the oldest legislative body in existence. This object has been demoted by the SCWC from coin to medal. Davenport included it in his catalog, most likely because it (and the accompanying five kronur) are the only things close to a crown from Iceland.
