- 1873 Liberty Seated Quarter. No Arrows. Close 3. Briggs 2-B. VF-25 (PCGS). A warmly and originally toned example with the most vivid patina reserved for the reverse fields. Boldly defined for the grade, This is a rare issue, the mintage a scant 40,000 circulation strikes and survivors thought to number no more than two dozen examples.
