- 1889 Washington / Harrison and Morton medal. Musante GW-1118, Douglas-35. White Metal. MS-66 (PCGS). 37.7 mm. Mostly brilliant and prooflike with bold satin-finish devices. Just a couple of small toning spots in the fields. Very attractive and far nicer than usually seen. The Musante plate piece is pierced, which is typical as these were issued suspended from a ribbon. This one is not pierced and may have been a collectors’ strike. Provenance: Ex William Spohn Baker Collection, to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania by bequest, November 15, 1897.
