- Lot 282 1837 N-13 R2 Plain Hair Cord, Med Ltrs PCGS graded AU58, CAC Approved.Glossy medium steel brown. Mint frost covers the protected areas on both sides and this cent has excellent eye appeal. The only notable mark is a small, dull nick on the end of the nose. MDS with fine flowlines on the obverse and the usual die cracks on the reverse. The repunching on the N in UNITED is still clear. Our grade is EF40+, close to EF45.The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 11 finer: 3 in 62, 4 in 63, 2 in 65, 2 in 66. PCGS #37165.Estimated Value $200 - UP Ex John M.
