详细说明: POP 1 at PCGS with the + designation! UNDERRATED! Just a handful of pieces grade finer. In fact, most extant specimens are circulated in the EF-AU grade range. Generally encountered with a myriad of cracks, repunching of digits and interesting die anomalies and this piece is no exception! Die cracks are emanating from beneath the date to the left and from the top of Liberty’s foot to the right. Additionally, the reverse is cracked like the seams of a baseball! Deep, frosty luster graces crisp devices. A halo of obverse rainbow toning with a whisper of pale orange tone around the border on the reverse creates a nice effect. If not for a couple of light marks behind the eagle’s head this coin would most likely be in an MS65 holder! PCGS 1, NGC 1. PCGS Price Guide is $4,000 and goes up to 10,500 in MS65!
