- Hobnob Collection. Aesthetically pleasing, this 1908 peso seems to have earned too low a grade from PCGS. Lovely rainbow undertones show nicely on both sides from beneath a good lamp. The presence of a few elusive hairlines on the obverse doesn't seem like a good reason to constrain the grade, although a couple of hairline abrasions rest beneath the eagle's left (observed) wing. An attractive coin that should deserve strong bids from the audience.
