Not only is it the second finest graded at PCGS, it has an amazing, totally original, old collection type look! The technical and aesthetic qualities of this SUPERB GEM is off the charts! A vibrant mint brilliance swirls in the form of radial cartwheels across both sides. This brilliant luster beams from below a layer of rich pastel iridescent toning. The eye appeal is exceptional and the surfaces are nearly without flaw.
