- 1869 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-101. MS-61 (PCGS). Swirling mint frost is lightly toned in pale silver and a few speckles of pewter gray, the latter mostly confined to the right half of the reverse. This is a scarce Mint State survivor of a challenging Reconstruction era silver issue from the Philadelphia Mint. Provenance: From the E. Horatio Morgan Collection. PCGS# 572185.
