Frozen date issue with plain 4. Variety with short middle tail spine and with short cloud. A fairly SCARCEand desirable variant, this lightly toned and lightly handled specimen presents a great deal of originality and retains some hints of brilliance as well. Among the final year of issue for this frozen date at Chihli. Estimate: $1,500 - $2,500.
