This one is untoned, and highly contrasted, just shy of deserving of a full CAMEO designation. The surfaces are flawless and brilliant, with deep reflective mirrors. Amazing eye appeal. The quality is wonderful and high end. The doubling is most noticeable on E PLURIBUS UNUM and other letters. PCGS 25, NGC 26, CAC 10. There are just two examples in PR67+, neither of which have ever sold in auction, and PCGS has not included a price for this grade in their Price Guide. In PR67 it is listed at $6,750.
