- THE B.S.T. COLLECTION Ex Richard Green Collection, as noted on the insert. Virtually perfect quality for any Set Registry collector who desires a TIED FOR FINEST GRADED example of this date. The luster is powerful and Mint fresh, with just a touch of peripheral toning to attest to the bold originality of this majestic coin. The strike is bold, and the surfaces are free of bag marks. A strong loupe finds that Washington is super clean, as is the eagle, right to the top of its breast, where the luster is unbroken and unmarred. This is quite unusual for a Washington Quarter of this era as these were packed in bags and rolls, where the coins had multiple opportunities to jostle about, incurring tiny nicks that drag down the majority into lower grades. Here is one that stands tall, one that is tied with a few others as the absolute FINEST known! PCGS 24, NGC 12. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,350 and we expect this beauty will sell for a premium bid. Registry Set collectors, take note and be prepared. Cert. Number 25157394 PCGS # 5808
