What a pretty Proof Barber quarter. The watery reflective mirrored surfaces gleam with a sparkling flash that bursts from below a delicate dappled golden-olive patina. Clearly this coin was lovingly cared for since it was purchased at the mint and has a wonderful, original look. This marvelous SUPERB GEM has an outstanding visual appeal! Only 675 Proofs were struck. PCGS 21, NGC 25, CAC 14. This is not the one that sold in February 2020. Prior to that, a non-CAC coin sold for over $3,000 way back in March 2012. The current Collectors Universe value is $3,350 and scarce any finer. This GEM is worthy of a great set of Proof Barber quarters. Cert. Number 565115-002 PCGS # 5692.00
