- 1820 Matron Head Cent. N-13. Rarity-1. Large Date. MS-65 BN (NGC). A second Gem Uncirculated example of this popular type variety in the Matron Head cent series. Both sides are highly lustrous with an intense satin to softly frosted texture. Mottled powder blue, pale rose and golden-apricot undertones backlight dominant glossy copper patina.
