- 1878 Seated Liberty Quarter. Proof-65 (PCGS). A lovely specimen, both sides exhibit mottled reddish-apricot and silver-rose iridescence that gives way to blushes of powder-blue color at the rims. Otherwise well mirrored in finish, certain angles do reveal some semblance of cameo-like contrast with lightly frosted devices. Fully struck and expertly preserved--a solidly graded Gem.
