THE MERIDIAN COLLECTION OF PROOF BARBER DIMES Ex Denali Collection, as noted on the insert. Nothing less than amazing would work in the Meridian Collection, and this coin is SUPERB in every respect! Superior deep mirrors are crystal clear, clean, and have bold reflectivity. The obverse has a beautiful mix of original purple, blue, golden-olive hues while the reverse is evenly dusted with a clear-golden rose and pale tangerine. This is a date that rarely ever comes with bold eye appeal, this one is stunning, one of the FINEST we have seen! Only 777 Proofs were struck. PCGS 7, NGC 14, CAC 8. The most recent PCGS/CAC PR67 sold in our May 2018 Regency Auction, realizing $8,519. The current CAC CPG value is $5,000 and the PCGS Price Guide is $4,250.
