A lovely GEM, essentially of SUPERB quality! The devices are fully struck up and the surfaces have a very pleasing look. Both sides have a light dusting of pale pastel iridescent tone. The surfaces are nearly perfect and free from any distracting marks. PCGS 120, NGC 75, CAC 44. Of the 120 examples on the PCGS Pop Report, only 5 are designated as a 66+, and as can be expected, they do not appear at auction with any real frequency. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $3,500. A PCGS PR67 CAC sold for $6,463 in our March 2019 Regency Auction. Today, a 66+ CAC should sell for more than the current CU value.
