- A beautiful super slider O-101, a coin that in a previous generation would have likely been called "Brilliant Uncirculated." A real "GEM " of an AU58! A soft satin luster swirls on both the obverse and reverse. A swath of rich pewter-slate blends with untoned silver and tinges of champagne proving originality. This popular overdate is the first of many in the ultra popular Capped Bust half dollar series. PCGS 21, NGC 22, CAC 9. The last PCGS AU58 CAC sold in an August 2017 mail bid sale for $5,843 and the current Collectors Universe value is listed at $5,500. This is a great coin for any collection.
