This piece snuck by us! Had we seen it when it came in for auction, we would have done our best to just buy it. Why this piece is not a 67+ we may never understand. Electric deep mirrors beam vividly from all over. The mirrors are ultra clean (there is a thin die line on the reverse), have bold clarity, and are highly reflective. A killer mix of totally original blue/amber/violet/pale green colors swirl all over he obverse. The reverse probably was laying on felt and has a blue/violet/tangerine color mix. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are full struck. The eye appeal is quite colorful and dynamic! ONLY 700 were minted. PCGS 3, NGC 5, CAC 3. The last PCGS PR67 CAC piece to sell in auction brought $4,406 in October 2014. Certainly, a killer multicolored GEM piece like this is worth much more today.
