Another beautiful example of a very rare S-Mint $10 Indian. Sadly, CAC elected not to bean this beauty. We believe the reason why is common to the date-a cut (not major) on the face. We all know how tough CAC is on ALL better gold. Overall, the surfaces are exceedingly clean and are satiny smooth. Even with a strong glass there are no imperfections to be found anywhere (not even frost breaks). The luster is very strong and glowing. Both sides are a beautiful and totally original two-tone gold/pale orange gold colors. There are no spots or discolorations. The reverse is easily an MS66+. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is gorgeous! PCGS 10, NGC 2. PCGS has graded none higher. The last PCGS MS66 to sell in auction brought $32,900 in August 2016. Prior to that the Kutasi coin brought $44,062 in 2013. These are simply not around.
