- Ex Dale Friend, Dr. Charles Link and Keith Davignon. The PCGS label notes the “Friend” provenance. Jaw-dropping eye appeal! A frequent reaction to viewing bust halves from Dale Friend’s collection. Dr. Link talked him out of the coin sometime before the 2012 ANA Convention in Philadelphia when an MS 65 appeared. Chuck grabbed that one and passed this one to Keith in March 2016 as part of a trade. Electric blue dominates the stars and legend.
