(t) CHINA. 1 Mace 4.4 Candareens (20 Cents), ND (1909). Tientsin (Branch) Mint. Hsuan-t'ung (Xuantong [Puyi]). PCGS MS-62. L&M-15; K-581; KM-Y-22.2; WS-0035B-2. Variety with dragon's eyes incuse and with dots at two claws. Struck for Kirin. Stunningly elegant and alluring, this nearly-choice specimen offers incredible lustrous brilliance along with a colorful iridescent toning that intensifies near the peripheries. For completeness, a few subtle marks are noted near the inner field of the characters side. Estimate: $1,500 - $3,000.
