THE XANNO COLLECTION Virtually PRISTINE! This is a truly brilliant and highly lustrous RED cent. A pleasing accent of gold and salmon-rose tone come to the fore as you rotate the cartwheels in a light. The devices are crisply defined and the surfaces are free from any serious marks. A strong glass reveals a few minor flecks on both sides, but they have minimal impact on the eye appeal. PCGS 45, NGC 5. This is the only NGC-graded MS66+ RD example ever sold, realizing $1,680 nearly three years ago. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $3,400 and the last time an NGC MS67 RD sold was over 15 years ago.
