70 graded MS-66+ RD, 38 higher at PCGS. For a series as popular as the Indian head cent, even a population of seventy pieces is far too deficient to satisfy demand, especially when a specimen looks as beautiful as this. Astonishing luster erupts from the fields, fiery red in appearance as it surrounds and threatens to engulf the emerald-green center of the obverse. A number of minute, greyish carbon flecks pepper the maiden's portrait, and sums up to the entirety of grade-determining factors, since zero contact marks require mention.
