详细说明: 1825 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-105. Rarity-3. MS-64 (PCGS). Intense satiny luster shines forth nicely from predominantly brilliant surfaces. Iridescent peripheral toning is noted for both sides, nonetheless, but even upon closer inspection the surfaces reveal little in the way of even trivial handling marks. A well composed, boldly to sharply struck near-Gem. The Autumn 2022 revision to Stephen J. Herrman's AMBPR for Bust half dollars provides a Condition Census for the 1825 O-103 dies that ranges in grade from MS-64 through MS-66. Making its debut in the modern numismatic market, this newcomer to the CC will appeal to both advanced series specialists and high grade type collectors.
