- Tied for FINEST graded at PCGS! A high end GEM with frosty reliefs that show chiseled details. Brilliant silver cartwheeling mint luster contrasts against the reliefs, but is not reflective in nature. The surfaces are remarkably free from any serious scuffs, just a few tiny frost breaks. The eye appeal would delight even the most persnickety Morgan dollar collector! PCGS 73, NGC 18, CAC 26. Just 11 coins are graded MS66+ and there are NONE GRADED FINER at either service.
