- RARE so fine, and rarely offered at auction, PCGS has graded just a baker's dozen in MS68 and three finer. This one is highly lustrous with a gorgeous mix of iridescent, pastel teal and gold. Sharply struck, save for the central band on the reverse, the eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 13, NGC 360. The last PCGS MS68 sold for $1,320 back in April 2018 without CAC approval. Before that, a CAC-example sold for $852 in June 2014. The Current PCGS Price Guide value is $1,000. PCGS has graded just 3 finer in the designation all 68+. Bid accordingly. Cert.
