Bold watery mirrors and boldly defined details on both sides. Rich chocolate brown surfaces yield to blue and tinges of orange-coppery coloration. Noted for accuracy there are a couple of hidden little scratches on the reverse, but you do need a strong glass to see them. Only 960 proofs were struck. PCGS 17, NGC 14. There has not been PR64 BN sold in auction since May 2006, where one sold for $604. In 64 RB, two coins sold in 2016 for $646 and $776 (these used to be $750+ coins). Prices for proof minors have really taken a beating in the market, and has put truly scarce, collectible coins on sale. A savvy collector will see this as a great opportunity.
